MILK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE recipe by aaria foods

2 Full Fat Creame 35% 500 g
3 Date Paste 250 g
4 Salted Butter 200 g
5 Liquid Glucose 75 g

PREPARATION

  • Heat cream and date paste together.
  • Allow it to simmer.
  • Add liquid glucose and bring it to boil.
  • After a single boil, bring down the temperature of the milk till warm.
  • Add the Aaria milk chocolate to the warm mixture.
  • Add butter and cover it.
  • Allow it to rest for 2 minutes, then blend it to a smooth paste.
  • Pour the same in a 1/2 inch height lined tray and set aside.Allow it to set overnight.
  • Once set, cut it in 1 square inch cubes and enrobe the same in Aaria milk chocolate.
