2 Aaria Hazelnut 100% Paste 200 g
3 Combination of chopped nuts and raisins 200 g
4 Sugar 40 g
5 Salt 10 g
6 Bread Improver 2 g
7 Water 300 ml
8 Butter 50 g
9 Instant dry yeast 10 g

PREPARATION

  • Make straight dough out of all the ingredients except Aaria Hazelnut 100% Paste, Choco éclair cream & the combination of chopped nuts and raisins.
  • Once the dough is ready rest it for 15 minutes and roll the same in a square dough sheet.
  • Apply the Aaria Hazelnut 100% Paste and Choco éclair crème on the dough.
  • Sprinkle the nuts and raisins.
  • Roll the dough and cut in logs.
  • Make a slit straight in the middle and turn and fold.
  • Rest the logs in a baking tray in a proffer for 40 to 45 minutes at 80% relative humidity. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180° c for 35 minutes till golden brown.
  • Apply glaze after baking and sprinkle sugar for decor.
